Bay Area sees strong economic growth, but commercial real estate impact is mixed

Within the United States, the San Francisco Bay Area remains at the top for growth in gross domestic product. However, because that growth was achieved without any material increase in population or employment of late, there has not been an equivalent expansion in the region's commercial real estate sectors.
