Prologis has signed the Royal Mail for the second of a planned roll out of new automated distribution centres, in this case at what is thought to be an 800,000 sq ft hub at the latest phase of the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal in Northamptonshire in the East Midlands, CoStar News understands.
