Investors Increasingly Targeting Science Parks

Science parks have seen strong interest from investors in recent months. Nearly £150m has been spent on UK science parks so far in 2021, already 20% up from the total volume traded in 2020 and representing 10% of all deals done (the sector traditionally accounts for less than 1%). The pandemic and the resilience of the life sciences sector is putting science-related property into the spotlight.
