Japanese restaurant chain Afuri Ramen + Dumpling, after establishing its first U.S. ramen shop on the West Coast in 2016, is opening its first East Coast outpost in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg, a trendy neighborhood that’s drawn well-known companies including Google and Nike.
