More families and individuals will have the opportunity to reside closer to retail and entertainment venues in the Spokane area thanks to the River Landing Townhome Collection.
A much-needed housing opening in a thriving community with a growing demand for residential space, this project will offer convenience for residents and contribute to economic growth in the region. That earned the townhouse development a 2025 CoStar Impact Award for multifamily project of the year, as judged by a panel of industry professionals.
The multifamily townhomes at 13915 E. Carlisle Ave. will feature two- and three-bedroom models listed for $2,100 and $2,250, respectively.
About the project: The River Landing Townhome Collection adds seven buildings with 24 units, comprising more than 300,000 square feet of space, to the Spokane Valley suburban area.
What the judges said: "Adding townhomes in today's tough housing market gave renters another option besides just an apartment. It is a great step for those families looking for something bigger and more home-like while they are still saving to buy a home," said Bryn West, vice president of leasing and operations at Cowles Real Estate Group.
They made it happen: Ryan Lewis, director of residential real estate at Cowles Real Estate, assisted in development.
