The amount of office space placed on the market for sublease surged upwards in London over the summer, according to CoStar’s latest data. More than 1m sq ft has been placed onto the market by tenants since the end of June, taking the overall amount of sublease space on the market in the capital to 6.35m sq ft, the highest figure in over 15 years.
