The much-anticipated interest rate-cutting cycle could be around the corner, beginning as early as March 2024, according to some on Wall Street. While a drop in the Federal Reserve’s policy rate would be a welcome reprieve to the commercial real estate industry, asset prices haven’t always digested this move gracefully.
