Broman Development, a real estate investor based in Walnut Creek, California, recently acquired the 31-unit La Espana Garden Apartments complex in nearby Lodi. The purchase, totaling about $5.9 million, or $191,129 per unit, was made from the locally based Harlin Watts, which purchased the development 26 years ago in 1997 for about $1.4 million.
