Two mixed-use projects poised to transform the lower Westheimer corridor in Houston's Montrose area took two meaningful steps forward in recent weeks. Developers with Radom Capital topped out Montrose Collective and say they are continuing to see interest in the office portion of the project despite the headwinds of the pandemic. Separately, Skanska demolished a retail building blocks away and is making plans for another mixed-use development in the area.
