Los Angeles Has Most Under Construction Hotel Rooms in the State

Los Angeles is already one of the largest hotel supply markets in the U.S., and should become even larger as it has the most hotel rooms currently under construction in the state. Currently, over 6,300 rooms are under construction, almost 3,000 more rooms than the next largest California hotel development market, San Jose/Santa Cruz. Los Angeles is also the third highest nationally, only trailing New York and Las Vegas.
