Parts of greater Los Angeles entered Tuesday under a strict curfew to try to curtail a fourth day of vandalism as the city's mayor complained that lawbreakers across the country are taking advantage of peaceful protests over the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in Minneapolis police custody.
