Information technology firm ISG Technology in May added an additional 1,000 square feet to a 7,500-square-foot lease in Wichita, Kansas, winning it a CoStar Impact Award for the market’s best lease of the year.
A tenant since 2008, ISG Technology upped its space to 8,500 square feet, filling out close to half of the 18,000-square-foot warehouse at 8201 E. 34th St. N., which is now 100% occupied.
Located about 90 miles of the company’s headquarters in Salina, Kansas, the deal solidified Wichita as a hub for this growing tech firm. ISG, which has been in business for more than 70 years, currently has eight locations that service clients all over the world. The lease expansion not only highlighted ISG’s growth, but also allowed the company to add jobs and provide more business for the region.
The one-story warehouse is part of the Northrock Business Park in northeast Wichita. The park was built in 2001 and is owned by Anderson Management Co. It’s located less than a mile from Colonel James Jabara Airport.
