Rosedale Center Mall Resets Food Hall

Rosedale Center, a suburban mall outside of Minneapolis, is continuing its aggressive bid to up its cool quotient and keep vacancies at bay, this time by reopening its food hall, which has been revamped with a roster of restaurants with plenty of local flavor.
