Steady demand supports tight industrial availability in Louisville, Kentucky

A modest construction pipeline will keep availability stable over the near term

As of mid-September, industrial availability in Louisville, Kentucky, hovers around 6%, which is about 50 basis points below the average in the five years preceding the pandemic. Louisville's availability rate is well below the national benchmark of 9% and is the tightest among markets in the I-71 corridor, with availability in Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio, above 7%.
