Sentinel Management Co. Acquires Berkshire Central Multifamily Property in Blaine

CBRE recently arranged the sale of Berkshire Central, a 191-unit multifamily property in Blaine, Minnesota. According to public records, the property traded for $36.94 million or $193,400 per unit. Sentinel Management Co. acquired the property from Berkshire in an investment sale. The sale also includes $250,000 in personal property, as well as furniture, fixtures and equipment.
