LRP Hotels of Carolina, a hospitality investor, acquired the Hampton Inn I-295 Baymeadows East at 8127 Point Meadows Way in Jacksonville, Florida, for $8.1 million, or $81,000 per door, from an affiliate of Emerald Hospitality Group.
