An investment company tied to Spanish billionaire Amancio Ortega made a fourth-quarter purchase of a nearly 1 million-square-foot warehouse leased by Amazon in Burnaby, southeast of Vancouver, in what could be one of Canada’s largest industrial sales on record by total price.
