Two years after Crow Holding Development’s $87 million acquisition of the 106-acre site adjacent to an Amazon fulfillment center in Carteret, New Jersey, the Texas-based developer is nearing completion on the first of three warehouses totaling 1.2 million square feet planned for the site off Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
