Construction has recently been completed on the first of two 3-story Class-A office buildings in the Monarch Corporate Center at Scripps Ranch. Located off I-15 at 9909 and 9929 Mira Mesa Blvd. in San Diego, the building is the newest office project in Scripps Ranch and can accommodate users from 2,000 square feet. Monarch Corporate Center is part of a mixed-use development consisting of two 60,000-square-foot office buildings and a 262-unit luxury apartment complex. The office buildings highlight steel frame construction clad with a stone and glass exterior. The two-level atrium style lobbies provide extensive light and a sense of spaciousness. Fully sprinklered and serviced by two hydraulic elevators per building, this project will offer in excess of 4.5 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of space. The entry to Monarch Corporate Center has recently been renovated with a palm tree gateway, and provides an impressive entrance into the project. Situated on 15.62 acres, Monarch Corporate Center is a master-planned development located in the heart of Scripps Ranch. The project offers easy access to the I-15 freeway via Mira Mesa Boulevard and offers excellent views both west to the coast and east to the mountains. The many amenities in the immediate area include financial institutions, restaurants, shopping and a variety of residential neighborhoods. The project offers convenient access to Mission Valley, Sorrento Mesa, Downtown and San Diego International Airport. Chris Hobson and Dave Odmark of BRE Commercial/ NAI's San Diego office are handling leasing for this project for landlord Monarch at Scripps Ranch LLC.
