Work on the first Cogedim Access project, located in Villeneuve-la-Garenne (92), just a few metres from Altarea's Qwartz shopping center, began in summer 2024, with delivery scheduled for the2nd quarter of 2027. The project, called Rive Nature, will be built on land purchased by the Group in 2016. The complex will comprise around 650 housing units divided into ten buildings, four retail units including a crèche, and a 7,600 m² green corridor representing more than a third of the land surface.
