Sempra Energy Solutions Stays Put

Sempra Energy Solutions, a subtenant at 2500 CityWest Blvd. in Houston, has signed a direct lease for the 18th and 19th floors, totaling 45,778 square feet. The new lease became effective in December and will last through February 2007. Sempra Energy Solutions is an energy-transforming company with office locations across North America and Europe. W. Derrell Curry and Mark O’Donnell of CB Richard Ellis represented Sempra. Steve Crawford of Equity Office Properties Trust represented the landlord, EOP-Westchase LP. Other tenants at 2500 CityWest include Integrated Trade Systems, Zurich North America, and Horizon Offshore Contractors Inc. The 574,216-square-foot tower is currently 96% leased.
