Industrial Building is Sold and Leased in One Fell Swoop

McMahon Development Group LLC has acquired 2393 Vauxhall Road in Union, NJ from MTA Holdings LLC. The purchase price was $4.484 million, approximately $45 per square foot. Marc Graham and Lee Miller of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. Joseph Nitti of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the disposition. In a separate but related transaction, FedEx has signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire 98,800-square-foot industrial facility. FedEx is relocating from 251 South 31st St. in Kenilworth, NJ. FedEx is a premier global provider of transportation, e-commerce and supply chain management services. 2393 Vauxhall Road sits on 7.5 acres of land and features 13 loading docks, 1 drive-in bay and heavy power capabilities.
