100 Avenue of the Americas will soon roll out the welcome mat for two new tenants. NYC Elite Gymnastics has decided to tumble into 13,343 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The training studio is relocating from the Chelsea area. Elite is a member of the USA Gymnastics Club Network and in addition sponsors a junior olympic team. Joe Nelson of Helmsley-Spear Inc. represented Elite Gymnastics. David Berger of Trinity Real Estate represented the landlord, Trinity Church Real Estate. Look out for the next Mary Lou sometime this month as Elite plans to begin its 10-year stint sometime in February.
