The 612-unit complex consists of 41 apartment buildings which have two or three levels. Sobrato Development Cos. of Cupertino, CA purchased the property from Trammell Crow Co. at a record price for apartment sales in the Capital Region. The deal is noteworthy not only for its record price, but also for the fact that it was a principal to principal deal with no brokers involved.
