Central Texas leads the country in office groundbreakings outside of Florida

Headwinds in the office market abound, with resetting structural demand leading to rising vacancy and availability. To no one’s surprise, developers have been more cautious about bringing more space to market. In Texas, however, the dynamic is slightly different. Outside of Florida, San Antonio and Austin have emerged as the nation’s leaders for office construction starts this year.
