Days Inn Sells for $2.2 Million

Harminder K. Momi has purchased the Days Inn located at 14684 Aloma St. in Lost Hills, CA. Total consideration for the deal is $2.2 million or approximately $28,947 per unit, which is three times the gross annual room revenue for the hotel. The 76-unit, T-shaped building is two stories and is constructed of wood frame and stucco. The hotel features a pool and exterior stairs and corridors. The Days Inn is adjacent to the I-5 and is located 130 miles north of Los Angeles. Tim Post of the Brown Hotel Group represented Harminder K. Momi. Chuck LaPorte, also of the Brown Hotel Group, represented the seller, Lost Hills Motel Investments LLC.
