Compliance Systems Inc. sold this 29,450-square-foot office building at 1575 Arboretum Drive in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Pioneer Acquisitions, an Illinois real estate investment firm focused on cyclical opportunities, for $4.9 million, or $166 per square foot. Pioneer capitalizes on portfolios in multifamily, office and retail properties to create wealth for those who recognize the value of managed real estate investments. Pioneer's plan is to continue leasing operations at above-market rates as a value-add strategy.
