Brookshurst Shopping Center Sale Closes

Alex Bahrami purchased the 13,069-square-foot retail/office building at 22311 Brookhurst St. in Huntington Beach. The Brookhurst Shopping Center built in 1973 is just 1/2 mile from the Pacific Coast Highway. The property includes tenants such as Forkert Engineering, Massimo Pizza and Unusual Gifts by Joyce Ceramics. The price was $1.307 million, or approximately $100 per square foot at a 6 percent cap rate. Damon Wyler and Joseph Lising with Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. Scott Hook, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller, Cannery Village Realty.
