Tesseract Stays at 475 Sansome St.

Tesseract Corp. has opted to renew its lease at 475 Sansome St. in San Francisco. Tesseract, a company offering comprehensive HR software and outsourcing services, will continue to occupy 13,500 square feet of Class-A space on the top floor of the 21-story, 367,500-square-foot office building for another 5 years. Located in the Central Financial District, 475 Sansome St. affords outstanding views of the Bay and Coit Tower and is easily accessible to the BART, Muni and freeways. Suzanne Ganser of TRI Commercial/ ONCOR International represented Tesseract in the transaction. Zach Siegel of Cushman & Wakefield of California represented the landlord, Mosten Management Co.
