ErgoMet Purchases Haverhill Building

Ward Hill Ave. Welcomes New Owner/Tenant

Regional precision sheet metal fabricator, ErgoMet Inc. has purchased the single-story industrial building at 60 Ward Hill Ave. in Haverhill, MA from Al Tapper. The 31,956-square-foot building sold for $1.35 million or $42.25 per square foot. The building was built in 1978 and is situated on 4.5 acres of land. ErgoMet purchased this property for the purpose of expanding its sheet metal fabrication business. David and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller and directly procured the buyer in this transaction.
