Construction is underway on the first distribution center planned in the new Fox Hill Business Park located on 172 acres in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The speculative 206,410-square-foot industrial property at 189 Milacron Drive is being developed by New Jersey-based The Sudler Cos. and is expected to be completed in April 2021.
