Much Shelist Freed Denenberg Ament & Rubenstein, a Chicago-based law firm, plans to relocate offices to 191 N. Wacker Drive. Much Shelist signed an 11-year lease with building developer, Hines Interests. The Chicago law firm will occupy a total of 62,279 square feet starting in March of next year. The lease brings the 730,000-square-foot office building to more than 50 percent pre-leased. David T. Brown, chair of the firm's Management Committee, said new office space allows Much Shelist to continue its steady growth and maintain its client focus. After conducting an exhaustive search, the firm decided 191 N. Wacker best met the technological and business goals the firm identified. Established in 1970 and currently at 200 N. LaSalle, Much Shelist is composed of 75 attorneys. The firm's specialties are business and litigation matters for entrepreneurs and middle-market companies and class action litigation. Gary Denenberg of MB Real Estate represented Much Shelist. Avi Tesciuba and Greg Van Schaack of Hines Interests brokered the deal in-house for the building owners.
