In the late 1950s, Dick Dusseldorp founded Lendlease, an Australian development giant that would become known for its construction work on iconic global buildings from Sydney’s Opera House to One Bishopsgate Plaza in London to the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York. But that geographic scope is narrowing.
