Manufactoring Firm Moves to RIDC Park

Spang & Company has purchased 110 Delta Dr., in Pittsburgh, PA. The building was acquired from Weinman Pump, on April 12th, for $1,660,000. The 36,374-square-foot building is located in the RIDC Industrial Park, northeast of Pittsburgh. Built in 1963, the building is comprised of 24,734 square feet of warehouse space and 11,640 square feet of office space. Spang & Company specializes in electronics applications and plastic consumer goods. Gary Wilson and Brad Kelly of Langholz Wilson & Associates, in Pittsburgh, represented both sides in the transaction.
