An unobstructed city view of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, is on display for residents at 400H Apartments.

The apartments are part of a new-build, mixed-use project located on North Harrington St. in downtown Raleigh. The apartments are located on the ninth through 20th floors of the Trammell Crow-owned building, which is located in one of the city's most dynamic entertainment districts.

The project was selected as the winner of the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for multifamily development of the year in Raleigh, North Carolina, as judged by a local team of real estate professionals familiar with the market.

Individual apartments include 10-foot ceilings, keyless entry and stainless-steel appliances in addition to spacious closets, mobile kitchen islands and more.

Community resources set the apartments apart. Residents can take advantage of concierge services, a fitness center/yoga studio, a package room, pet spa and dedicated parking with elevator access.

The resident club room has coworking space, a demonstration kitchen and access to the pool deck. The penthouse-level club room has a lounge and wine bar.
