Accu-Pak Inc. signed a lease at 14832 Venture Drive in Farmers Branch, TX. The vertical metal detection systems company will move into 11,403 square feet of flex space in July. Owned by Madison Decker Ltd., Venture Tech Center is a 128,271-square-foot flex building which features nine loading docks, one drive-in bay and a clear height of 25 feet. Accu-Pak represented itself, while Jerry Reis and Brett French represented Madison Decker.
