Michael & Dianne Sawaya, along with Richard B. Rose, purchased the Bailey Mansion at 1600 Ogden St. in Denver, CO. This is the largest surviving mansion designed by the acclaimed Denver architect, William Lang, who is expected to be the architect for the Molly Brown House as well. Michael & Dianne Sawaya, and Richard B. Rose will be using the 10,619-square-foot building as a law firm. The $1.9 million sale included 24 additional parking spaces within half a block and a 2,062-square-foot carriage house. The mansion features elaborate woodwork with seven different kinds of hardwood and period details such as leaded windows, wainscoting, pocket doors, and the original fireplace mantels.
