Cargo shipping specialist Fast Logistics has subleased a 163,000-square-foot warehouse at Brackmills Industrial Estate in Northampton from The Pallet Network on a circa four-year lease.
Fast Logistics, founded in 2008, has taken the entire Brackmills 163 building until February 2028 at a passing rent of £7.91 per square foot, according to market sources.
The Pallet Network moved into the property in 2018, its second regional hub in Northampton. It has since closed its operation at the facility.
Brackmills Industrial Estate sits close to junction 15 of the M1 and is in the Midlands' "Golden Triangle" industrial hotspot. Neighbouring tenants to Brackmills 163, owned by EQT Exeter, include supermarket Asda and construction supplier Travis Perkins. They occupy around 800,000 square feet combined.
