Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, and YardNine, the property development and asset management company, have signed an agreement for lease with Whitbread for a 366-bedroom hotel and restaurant as part of a mixed-use development at 40 Eastbourne Terrace next to Paddington Station.
