Waste Management Services Firm Leases 199 Canal

Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC signed a 20,000-square-foot lease in Fairless Hills, PA. The space is located at 199 Canal Rd, which is part of Penn Warner Industrial Park. The building is a 2-story, 62,000-square-foot industrial building. It was built in 1970 and features 10 loading docks, heavy power, 25’ clear ceiling heights and is conveniently situated off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Heritage Crystal Clean is a branch of Heritage Environmental Services. The Indianapolis-based company is a full-service supplier of by-product (waste) management services. Eric Larkin and Len Redeyoff of CB Richard Ellis represented Heritage-Crystal Clean. Richard F. Smith Jr. of Smith Mack & Company ONCOR International represented the landlord.
