The development team looking to transform the 79-acre Navy Yard Charleston complex in North Charleston announced it has begun redeveloping the first two historic storehouses in the complex. Projected to open in 2024, Storehouses 8 and 9 will be reactivated as a Live/work mix of restaurants, shops, offices and apartments.
