Stamford-based real estate investment firm Building and Land Technology sold its namesake office complex in downtown Stamford for $235 million, a price that represents not only one of the largest Fairfield County real estate deals this year, but the largest single-asset commercial property sale in the state of Connecticut in the past decade, according to CoStar.
