Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. said it closed on its purchase of a 153,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 747 Mill Park Dr. in Lancaster, Ohio that was custom built for car seat maker Magna Seating of America, a division of Canada-based Magna International.
