Turbo Wholesale Tires leased 107,960 square feet of industrial space at 4981 4th St. in Irwindale, CA from Trammell Crow. The five-year deal was valued at $2.7 million. The new tenant relocated from Glendale, an increasingly common move for businesses that are looking for newer, more modern buildings. LA Times also made the move from Glendale to the Irwindale Business Center a few months ago. Phil Lombardo and Kirt Boultinghouse represented the landlord, Trammell Crow, in-house. Jim Halferty of Lee & Associates represented Turbo.
