Olympus Real Estate Partners & Murray Hill Properties In Manhattan Purchase

A newly formed joint venture between Olympus Real Estate Partners and Murray Hill Properties made its first Manhattan office acquisition with the purchase of 417 Fifth Ave. in New York. The building sold for $126.6 million, which is approximately $390 per square foot. The property was only on the market for less than a month. Darcy Stacom represented the seller, EBS Fifth Property Associates LLC, a partnership of Blackacre Capital Group and Emmes & Co. It was one of Stacom’s last deals on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield before leaving the firm to join CB Richard Ellis.
