Pine Grove Office Complex Sells

Pine Grove LLC, a private Bay Area-based company, purchased the Pine Grove Office Complex in Orinda, CA for $25.846 million, or $300 per square foot. Located at 4 Orinda Way, the park consists of five office buildings totaling 86,154 square feet. The property, which is 100% fully leased, is located off Highway 24 between Oakland and Walnut Creek. George Harrison of Lee & Associates in Pleasanton represented the buyer. Bob Maderious, Rick Steffens, Bill Ligget, Heath Charamuga, Erik Neese and Robert Cole of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, MIG Realty Advisors.
