Merrill Lynch signed a 10-year lease for 30,826 square feet of office space at the 355 Alhambra Circle building in Coral Cables, FL. The total consideration of the lease was undisclosed, but average rent at this site is between $29 and $33 per square foot. The company will relocate from its current office in January of 2003. The 355 Alhambra Circle is a 16-story, Class-A building just finished in 2001. Other tenants such as Zubi Advertising, with 24,000 square feet, Spencer Stuart, with 10,000 square feet, and Codina Group, with 36,000 square feet, also occupy the building. Jack Lowell and Christies Grays from Codina Realty Services represented the landlord and CRESA Partners represented Merrill Lynch in this deal.
