Simon Property Group, the nation’s largest retail landlord, is reportedly opening the doors to 49 shopping centers and malls beginning Friday in areas lifting stay-at-home mandates. It’s the first major move to write the playbook of what the future of shopping might look like as the coronavirus outbreak subsides.
