Fortress Investment Group and Dallas-based Cardinal Capital Partners sold a 47,192-square-foot retail building at Benfield Village Shopping Center in Severna Park to Benfield Partners, a private investment firm headquartered in Santa Barbara, California. Safeway sold for $17.46 million, or about $370 per square foot.
