Home Eat, a Cupertino, California-based restaurant chain, plans to expand into nearby Santa Clara area thanks to a freshly inked, 24-year lease with 3% year-over-year escalations. The Chinese eatery, which also has locations in Sunnyvale and Fremont, is expected to move into the property in June of 2024.
